By the End of Foundations
As you move through this phase, you begin to feel more at home in yourself. You trust your body’s signals more easily and return to steadiness without forcing it. From this grounded base, your awareness of energy naturally deepens. You start to notice how stress, connection, and daily demands affect you—and you’re better able to respond with choice rather than habit. This foundation prepares you to work with energy in a conscious, sustainable way, rooted in real experience rather than theory.
Participation Options
Foundations is offered with a weekly live group session for those who value shared presence and guided support.
If live attendance isn’t possible due to timing or life commitments, the program is also available as a self-paced experience, allowing you to move through the material in your own rhythm. Both options provide access to the same core teachings and practices.
